Our passion lies in curating lush and vibrant green spaces, providing our clients with not only beautiful plants but also the knowledge and care they need to thrive. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing and Content Specialist to collaborate with us on a project basis.

Responsibilities:

As a Marketing and Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence and engaging with our community of plant enthusiasts. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to promote our brand, services, and products, engaging with our audience, growing our follower base, and increasing sales.
  • Content Creation: Generate visually appealing and informative content, including images, graphics, and videos, showcasing our plant expertise.
  • Video Editing: Create and edit video content, including tutorials, plant care guides, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of our work.
  • Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts and content releases to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture and expand our customer base, sharing updates, promotions, and helpful plant care tips.
  • Newsletters: Craft engaging newsletters to keep our subscribers informed about our latest offerings, events, and plant-related insights.
  • Blog Writing: Research and write informative and engaging blog articles on topics related to plant styling, plant care, and maintenance.
  • Website Updates: Maintain and update our Squarespace website, ensuring that it reflects our latest products and services, and optimizing it for SEO.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing software/app.
  • Strong writing skills with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and newsletter creation.
  • Basic knowledge of with Squarespace or similar website management platforms.
  • Passion for plants and understanding of plant care and maintenance is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Project-based position with flexible hours.
  • Work remotely, with project-based meetings and check-ins.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving marketing trends and technologies.
