1: Virtual Kick-Off Call

Before I come to your home, we’ll have a 15-minute video call to discuss your plant needs. During this time, we’ll:

  • Review the issues you’re experiencing with your plants, including common challenges like lighting problems, watering, pests, and repotting.

  • Provide you with a list of materials you may need for my visit. No more guessing the pot size, or type of soil your plants need!

  • Let you know which tools I’ll bring along to ensure your plants get the best care.

This virtual kick-off ensures I fully understand your plant needs so we can get everything ready for our in-person consultation.

2: In-Person Consultation

I’ll visit your home in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas* for a 50-minute hands-on session. During this consultation, we’ll:

  • Measure Lighting: I’ll bring my light meter to assess the lighting in each room where your plants are located. With accurate readings, I’ll help you determine the perfect spots for each of your plants to thrive.

  • Personalized Plant Placement: Based on the lighting readings, I’ll provide a customized plant placement plan to ensure your plants are getting the right amount of light they need to grow strong.

  • Watering & Fertilizing Tips: Together, we’ll establish a proper watering and fertilizing routine tailored to your plants’ needs. You’ll learn how to avoid common watering mistakes and understand which fertilizers are best for your plant babies.

  • Pest Management: If pests are detected, I’ll recommend natural solutions to protect your plant and keep your entire collection healthy.

  • Repotting & Uppotting Needs: Using the materials list from our kickoff call, I’ll repot your plants and refresh their soil if needed. Plus, if you'd like, I’ll teach you how to do it yourself for future plants to keep your collection thriving.

3: Follow-Up Support Call

Two weeks after our in-person consultation, we’ll schedule a 15-minute follow-up call to:

  • Check on how your plants are doing and if you’ve encountered any new issues.

  • Answer any questions you may have about adjusting your plant care routine.

  • Provide additional tips and solutions based on your plant’s progress.

This call is essential to ensure you continue on your plant care journey with confidence and support.

6. What if I’m outside the service area?

I provide expert guidance to help you care for your plants, but plant health depends on ongoing care, environmental factors, and proper maintenance. While I’ll offer the best recommendations to set you up for success, I am not responsible for any plant health issues that may arise after our session.
